Difficult assembly, but works well (so far)
Assembly was more difficult than with our previous elliptical trainer. It took me about five hours. The first hour I spent removing parts from the box and checking them against the parts list. In the process I found an extra short screw, loose in the box. The only short screws on the parts list were inside the pre-assembled frame, so I was forced to remove the side shields to ensure that the extra screw had not come loose from inside. This added about 10 minutes to my work.

So far, so good!
Bought It a week ago, so far so good. Nothing but good things to say at this point. It's a great workout in a short time. I'd be surprised if anyone who hasn't been excercising regularly can do more than 10 minutes on this machine.
As far as durability and reliability goes, you get what you pay for. Any elliptical under 500 dollars is not likely to have great construction, however, if you monitor it's performance and do the proper maintenance at the first sign of a problem (strange .... Read more

Just OK
I like the way the elliptical looks, and the oversized pedals allow you to adjust your foot placement to maximize comfort. The drawbacks are that it rocks back and forth while you pedal (and I only weigh 130 lbs), and "level 1" is about the equivalent of a level 3 on other equipment I've used. Also the wheel is quite big making the pedaling stride large, so it could aggravate any hip issues. And it will take a couple people a couple hours to put it together so be prepared.
