| This thing is hard core! I have it on resistance level 1 and it's so hard to petal! It's such a great work out though. Great fan, and cycles through calories and carbs burned, time and distance. The wheels on the front add resistance, and it's easy to ass incline. Very contactable, and small, This thing is great for the price! :) I love it, great little elliptical with lots of resistance. Awesome if you want a really intense work out. |
